Acceptance of Terms and Applicability

1.2 Definition of Services

4.1 Deposit Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; wagering required to withdraw is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

• jelly Friday Fiesta: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000; 15x wagering; can be claimed once per week.
• jelly Slot Storm: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳3,000; 20x wagering; slot games only, once per day.
• jelly Cricket Frenzy: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳4,000; 18x wagering; cricket betting only, once per week.
• jelly Birthday Treat: reward up to ৳1,000; 10x wagering; once a year during your birthday month.
• jelly Refer a Friend: reward up to ৳2,000 per successful referral; 12x wagering; after each successful referral.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The jelly VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on that week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

Betting Rules

On the jelly platform, all bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless jelly itself decides to cancel due to a technical error or other valid reason.

6.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or event and are displayed in the game interface. jelly reserves the right to change the bet limits for specific games or events under special circumstances.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical issue, network disconnection, or software error, jelly reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and refund the original stakes. jelly's decision in this regard is final.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

In live dealer games (Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, etc.), if there is a discrepancy between the dealer's announcement and the on-screen result, the on-screen server record shall be considered final. Any inconsistency in the dealer's verbal announcement will not be taken into account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jelly platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and the associated funds will be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under another person's name.
